The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV and a CD player. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool, a garden, a barbecue, a patio and an air conditioner (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a bath, a shower, two toilets and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, two coffee makers, a microwave, an oven and a stove.

This elegant villa is furnished in true Italian style, complete with a stunning beamed ceiling. The home has a beautiful garden, including a luxurious, heated swimming pool with circulation. Ideal for a group of friends, your furry friends will also stay happy in 3 bedrooms where 6 people stay comfortably. A km from Monte San Martino, a little village counting approximately 800 inhabitants and lying on a rocky outcrop. You can fulfill all your daily shopping needs but also find welcoming restaurants and an idyllic village square. The provincial capital of Macerata lies a drive away. This ancient fortress city has a maze of quaint little streets. In the open air theatre, Arena del Sferisterio, famous operas are often performed. Also around 45 kilometres away, you will find one of the most beautiful towns of La Marche, Ascoli Piceno. Please also note that the use of air conditioning will be charged separately at €0.50 per kWh. The spacious, grassy garden offers plenty of privacy and a wonderful view over neighbouring hills. BBQ, Sun-loungers, Terrace will add onto the fun.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 80,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
