This executive two-room apartment on the 2nd floor and is arranged over two levels, connected by a spiral staircase with safety gates at both the top and bottom. The sleeping area features a double bed along with two additional single beds, while the living area includes a double sofa bed that can be opened and closed as needed. The apartment also offers independent air conditioning in the sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a hairdryer and a shower. Two private balconies complete the space.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
