This flat is one of the four elegant holiday homes available, located in an exclusive and panoramic setting overlooking the enchanting medieval village of Isola di Fano, in the wonderful setting of the province of Pesaro and Urbino. Surrounded by green nature, Il Giuggiolo is the ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of the Marche region.
Internally, the Andromeda flat welcomes you with a spacious and comfortable living room. Air conditioning makes the atmosphere pleasant in both the bedroom and the living room/kitchen area, ensuring maximum comfort. The well-lit living area has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, freezer, electric cooker, electric oven and dishwasher, as well as an American and Italian coffee machine, toaster, and crockery. A practical sofa bed in the living room and the old terracotta floor tiles enrich the room with a touch of romance, while a large mirror lends depth and brightness.
The outside offers a lovely gazebo reserved for the flat, complete with table and chairs to enjoy the peace of the garden. Guests can enjoy a personal parking space, Wi-Fi access in the apartment and common outdoor areas, including the garden and pool area. The garden, shared with other guests, is the perfect place to relax. Our swimming pool, measuring 10×15 metres with varying depths, has a shallow area safe for children and a relaxation area with sun loungers and parasols for a pleasant rest under the sun.
Nearby is the small village of Isola di Fano, only 800 metres away, which offers essential services such as a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and a bar. The surrounding area is rich in attractions, with various restaurant options, shops, and cultural places such as Borghi, Pergola, Corinaldo, Mondavio, Cagli, and the renowned city of Urbino 20 km away. For beach lovers, the beaches of Fano, Pesaro and Senigallia are easily accessible, as are the enchanting beaches of Numana and Sirolo for an unforgettable bathing experience.
