The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and a bedroom and is equipped with a single folding bed, a double sofa bed and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heater. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden and a patio and there are three air conditioners. The badroom is equipped with a bidet, a shower, two washbasins and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

This apartment, located in the center of Fano, is the ideal choice for tourists and travelers looking
to explore this beautiful town on the Adriatic. The location is extremely convenient: it’s less than
300 meters from the train station, about 300 meters from the historic center, and 600 meters from
the waterfront and Sassonia Beach.
From the apartment, you can easily walk to the restaurants along the boardwalk and the fully
equipped beaches, as well as to the historic center with its shops, bars, and main attractions.
The apartment is spread over two levels.
On the garden level, you’ll find the kitchen, the living room with a sofa bed (with the option to add
an extra fold-out single bed), and a half-bath with a washing machine. This level provides direct
access to a spacious private outdoor area, featuring an exclusive patio and a garden furnished
with a table and chairs for your al fresco lunches and dinners.
On the upper level is a double bedroom with a full bathroom featuring a shower.
The apartment is perfect for those traveling without a car, thanks to its proximity to the train station
and main amenities, but also for those arriving by car, with convenient parking available just a few
dozen meters from the house.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
