The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and a bedroom and is equipped with a single folding bed, a double sofa bed and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a garden. The badroom is equipped with a bidet, a shower, two washbasins and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

From the apartment you can easily walk to the seaside restaurants, the equipped beaches, and the charming historic center, where you will find shops, cafés, and many monuments to visit.

The apartment is arranged over two levels.
On the lower ground floor there is a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, the possibility to add an extra foldable single bed, and a service bathroom with washing machine. From this floor you have direct access to a spacious private outdoor area with an exclusive courtyard and small private garden.

On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with a private bathroom and shower.

The apartment is perfect for guests traveling without a car, thanks to its proximity to the train station and main attractions, but it is also convenient for those arriving by car, as easy parking is available just a short distance from the property.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
