General

The holiday home for 14 persons has five bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a fireplace. Villa Deda is a farmhouse located just 13 km from the sandy beaches of Fano. The villa with swimming pool is completely fenced and enjoys privacy with a garden where you will find beautiful old trees.

On the ground floor we find the living room, large and bright, the dining room attached to the kitchen and connected to the porch equipped for outdoor dining. A double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a hallway with 2 single beds. A living room furnishes the porch that surrounds the house on two sides. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, a suite consisting of a study, double bedroom and bathroom with bathtub. In the annex next to the swimming pool there is a changing area.

Outdoors, you will find everything for a complete relax in the open air.

The property of the villa with swimming pool and garden is completely fenced and the beautiful old trees offer the perfect opportunity for peace and relax under the shadow.

Thanks to the strategic position of this villa you can easily reach beautiful cities of tourist interest: Fano with its beaches, shops and ice cream parlors; Senigallia with the famous velvet beach and the Summer Jamboree which takes place every year in the first week of August; the Conero and San Bartolo natural parks for walks overlooking the sea and the nearby amusement parks of the Romagna Riviera.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
