Above the picturesque village of Cartoceto lies our holiday home, Cynzia, nestled in a 2,000 sq m garden with breathtaking panoramic views across olive groves to the sea.

This completely independent house accommodates 2-4 people and is laid out as follows: a living room with access to a terrace, a kitchen-diner with access to a second terrace, a bedroom with a double bed, a smaller bedroom with a spacious sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet. The garden surrounds the house on all four sides, is fully fenced, and offers shady trees and a lawn for playing.

We extensively renovated the house in 2014 and furnished and equipped it with great care.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
