The holiday home for 15 persons has four bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds, a double sofa bed and five single beds. The holiday home is equipped with four televisions, four fireplaces and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue, a swimming pool and a set of garden furniture and there are two gardens. The badroom is equipped with four showers, four washbasins and four toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

This accommodation offers a substantial layout across two floors, ideal for large groups or multiple families in the peaceful hamlet of Località Le Lame. The ground floor is well-equipped for communal living, featuring two distinct living rooms, each with a TV and fireplace, and two open kitchens, each with an oven and washing machine. This level includes two bedrooms (with single and double beds) and two complete bathrooms (shower, washbasin, toilet). A large 140 m² shared room provides a flexible space for group activities.

The first floor enhances capacity with two separate dining rooms, each featuring a TV and fireplace, and two more open kitchens, both equipped with an oven. The sleeping arrangements are extensive: six bedrooms in total. Four bedrooms feature mixed single/double beds, and the other two have one single and one double bed, respectively. Two full bathrooms are located here, each providing a shower, washbasin, and toilet. A single sofa bed is noted on this floor, and a double sofa bed and central heating are available.

Outside, guests enjoy high privacy with both a private garden and a separate garden, furnished with garden furniture and a BBQ. The highlight is the large private swimming pool, open from May through September. The property is situated in a tranquil setting near Sassetta, within the Tuscany/Elba (TOS) region of Italy. The location is an excellent base for exploring nearby attractions like the Terme di Sassetta (thermal baths), the hiking trails of the Poggio Neri Forest Park, and the medieval charm of Castagneto Carducci and the famous wine town of Bolgheri, ensuring an unforgettable holiday experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
