The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). Villa Montefalcone is a beautiful modern villa with a swimming pool, large kitchen with island and large panoramic terrace, indoor pool and sauna.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms (one with a French bed and one with twin beds if required), a bathroom with shower and the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with double shower head.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
