The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, a double sofa bed and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with three televisions and a heather. In addition there is a garden, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a barbecue, a porch and a football table and there are four air conditioners. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, a hairdryer, four washbasins and five showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine, two fridges and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two ovens, two stoves, two stovetops, two microwaves, two dishwashers and three coffee makers.

Life moves slowly out in the hills of Italy’s Marche region, and this countryside villa is built for exactly that kind of stay. Surrounded by greenery and designed for up to 10 guests across a main house and independent guesthouse, it suits large families or groups of friends who want space to spread out without feeling disconnected. Mornings usually begin on the covered veranda with coffee and valley views, while afternoons drift naturally toward the pool, especially during the warmer summer months.

The outdoor spaces are what guests tend to remember most. The private swimming pool includes a shallow section for children, while the outdoor kitchen and barbecue make long dinners outside feel effortless. Inside, the villa balances traditional character with practical comfort, including air-conditioned bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, underfloor heating, free WiFi, and open living areas that work well for longer stays. The outdoor bubble bath and table football add a more relaxed, playful side to the property, and the garden makes it easy for guests travelling with dogs to settle in comfortably too.

Acqualagna, often called Italy’s truffle capital, is around 15 minutes away by car and is well worth visiting for local markets and traditional restaurants serving fresh truffle dishes. Furlo Pass sits roughly 20 km from the villa and offers dramatic limestone cliffs, hiking trails, birdwatching, and a Roman tunnel carved directly into the rock. Urbino, a UNESCO World Heritage city known for the Palazzo Ducale and Renaissance architecture, can be reached in around 30 km. For a beach day, the Adriatic coast lies approximately 50 km away.

Please note that the swimming pool is open from 1 June to 30 September.

Layout

There is a lake/open water less than 50 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Luigi in Acqualagna you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
