The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, a double sofa bed and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with three televisions and a heather. In addition there is a garden, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a barbecue, a porch and a football table and there are four air conditioners. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, a hairdryer, four washbasins and five showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine, two fridges and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two ovens, two stoves, two stovetops, two microwaves, two dishwashers and three coffee makers.

Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 160,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Layout

There is a lake/open water less than 50 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Luigi in Acqualagna you can go to the water.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
