The independent holiday home is situated in a very sunny position with a panoramic view over the Candigliano river valley. At the same time you can admire the panorama of the Furlo Gorge and the three Apennine mountains, Monte Catria, Petrano and Nero.

The holiday villa consists of two independent living units. On the ground floor there are about 80 square metres with 4+2 beds. In the living room you will find a kitchenette and a sofa bed for one person. There are also two bedrooms and a smaller room with a single bed. There is also a bathroom on this level. On the upper floor you will find another 110 square metres and six beds. Here, too, there is a living room with kitchenette and three bedrooms (some with two single beds, others with a double bed). There are also two bathrooms on this level. All in all, the new villa with its 190 square metres offers enough space for twelve guests.

From the ground floor there is access to a large terrace, while on the upper floor there is a spacious balcony. The property is completely enclosed. The house is surrounded by a large garden with trees and flowers (over 5000 sqm). A private swimming pool is at your exclusive disposal. Deck chairs, parasols and a gazebo with table and chairs invite you to linger. The pool is open from June to September.

The house is accessed via a private driveway. Here, away from the other houses, you can spend your holiday in complete relaxation, in a quiet and restful atmosphere.

The nearest village is Acqualagna. It is about 3 km away and lies at an altitude of 500 metres above sea level, above the valley.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
