The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds, a single sofa bed and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden, a terrace and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a fridge, a Internet connection (wireless), a freezer and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.

From the living room you have access to the private covered terrace with table and chairs for breakfast and lunch outdoors with a wonderful view of Lake Garda and its hills!

The apartment continues with the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable double bed, a closet and access to the private terrace; the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a closet and has access to the private garden at the back.

The furnishings of this holiday apartment are completed by the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

At guests' disposal: washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Guests can park their car in the public parking spaces in front of the residence.

The residence's swimming pool is available from 1 June to 30 September.

For a small additional charge, it is possible to provide a cot and/or high chair.

Pets are not allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
