In the hamlet Santa Lucia 3 km from the centre of Bormio, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.5 km from the skiing area, east facing position. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine (for shared use). Storeroom available. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
