In the hamlet Ralon 700 m from the centre of San Pietro, 5 km from the centre of Bormio, in a secluded, quiet, elevated position on a slope, along the wooded area, 800 m from the skiing area, west facing position. Private: large garden 1'600 m2 (not fenced) with trees, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: storage room for bicycles, sun terrace, storage room for skis. Steep, narrow motor access to the house (50 m via unmade road, ramp). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, in winter 50 m. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bar 900 m, café 5 km, bus stop 900 m, outdoor swimming pool 6.5 km, indoor swimming pool 6.5 km, thermal baths "Terme di Bormio" 6.5 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
