The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool and a garden. The badroom is equipped with two showers and two hairdryers.

The holiday home has two freezers, a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and two fridges.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, two microwaves and two ovens.

In a newly built two-family villa with shared swimming pool surrounded by greenery (olive and fruit trees) and a Jacuzzi (with 6 places) on the highest point of the property overlooking the lake, in the green hills of the Valtenesi in an oasis of peace, surrounded by nature trails for lovers of hiking and mountain biking, golf and horse riding, 1 bedroom apartment for a relaxing group or family holiday on Lake Garda.

The apartment, equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, welcomes guests with a comfortable double sofa bed, flat screen TV, dining table with chairs and an open kitchen equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, citrus press, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.

From the living room you go out onto the beautiful private terrace equipped with a table and chairs for lunch and breakfast and a barbecue for preparing good meals! The apartment, with free Wi-Fi internet connection, continues with the master bedroom, furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.

The bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine completes the apartment's facilities.

Guests can park their car in the uncovered parking lot of the property.

The shared pool is open from May 1st to September 30th. Swimming caps are compulsory at the pool.

Pets are not allowed.

*The Castelletto 1 apartment is adjacent to the Castelletto 2 studio: the two apartments are separated by a door that always remains closed, so that the two apartments are completely independent.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
