Entertainment is provided by a 43-inch smart TV for Netflix/YouTube evenings, a radio and a desk. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a microwave, airfryer and Nespresso coffee machine. A separate bathroom with bathtub/shower and private washing machine completes the offer.

The private balcony guarantees absolute privacy and invites you to relax with a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Como, cosy chairs and a table. Sophisticated outdoor features, including fly screens, also allow you to watch TV outdoors. Additional comfort is provided by a private garage for bicycles, motorbikes and surfboards as well as free parking, a charging station for electric cars and a barbecue area on the beach - a garage is included, especially in July and August.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
