The holiday apartment (110 m²) features a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

The southeast-facing balcony, offering breathtaking views of the lake, is approximately 25 m².

A well-maintained garden is available for shared use. Guests can also enjoy the covered veranda.

The German-speaking owners live next door and are always happy to provide tips for excursions, cultural events, and other advice (even things beyond what you'd find on Google).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
