The holiday home for 14 persons has five bathrooms and seven bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a fireplace. In addition there is an air conditioner, a barbecue, a patio, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a garden and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Large villa "Palomar". Above San Felice del Benaco 5 km from the centre of Salò, in a quiet position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 2 km from the lake. Private: garden 1'400 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (12 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 13.May. - 16.Sep.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Grocery 1.2 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 1.5 km, pebble beach 2 km. There is a lake/open water less than 2 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Palomar in San felice del Benaco you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
