Public transportation in the area includes regular bus services along the western side of the lake and ferries from nearby villages, such as Lenno, Ossuccio, and Tremezzo. These ferries make it easy to visit popular places around the lake, such as Bellagio, Varenna, and Menaggio.

The renowned Villa Balbianello in Lenno is just a five-minute drive away. There is also a regular bus that runs from the village to attractions around the lake and to Como, where you can connect to Milan and other destinations.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
