The holiday home for 2 persons has two bathrooms and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a radio. In addition there is a balcony, a hot tub, a swimming pool and a garden and there are two sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with two baths and two showers.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a freezer and a fridge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, an oven and a dishwasher.

La Torretta is a beautiful, high-quality gallery apartment on two floors (3rd and 4th), ideal for two people. Completely renovated and lovingly furnished, it offers a breathtaking lake view stretching all the way to Sirmione.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday, working from home with a stunning view, or an active vacation with hiking or cycling in the beautiful surroundings.

A riding stable is also located nearby.

The bright apartment is accessible by elevator.

A large pool is available year-round, including two sun loungers and a parasol.

The apartment complex is very well-maintained and situated in a quiet location.

Through the entrance door, you enter the spacious living room with a wardrobe, a large L-shaped sofa, a large flat-screen TV (with international channels) and soundbar, a large dining table (200 x 90 cm), and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, four ceramic hobs, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, coffee makers (a German-style coffee machine and a Nespresso machine), a kettle, and a toaster.
... From the living room, you can access the cozy south-facing balcony with two rattan armchairs including cushions, a small table, and an electric sun awning.

Overlooking the well-maintained grounds, the beautiful pool, the olive grove, and all the way to Lake Garda,
you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun or an Aperol Spritz in the evening while admiring the twinkling lights.

Behind the kitchen is a small hallway with a cupboard equipped with cleaning supplies, an ironing board and iron, and a clothes drying rack.

Through the hallway, you reach the completely renovated bathroom, equipped with a sink, shower, toilet, bidet, washing machine, magnifying vanity mirror, and a hairdryer. The large mirror features indirect LED lighting that can be individually controlled with a remote.

A stone staircase leads to the walk-in closet on the mezzanine level.

A cordless vacuum cleaner is available there if needed.

Continuing up the stairs, you'll find the study on your left, furnished with a desk,

a comfortable sofa bed, and a wonderful view across the gallery to the complex with its pool.

Next to it is the bedroom with a double bed (high-quality 170 x 200 cm mattress), a flat-screen TV with soundbar, and storage shelves.

From the bed, you have a breathtaking view of the lake.

If you prefer complete darkness for sleeping, you can draw the blackout curtains.

The entire apartment is equipped with reliable Wi-Fi and German/Italian electrical outlets. All rooms also have air conditioning for cooling or heating.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
