Our Villa Sinfonia was completed in 2017. It is located at the end of a parking lot in the center of Polpenazze del Garda.
On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining area offers plenty of room for the whole family. The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a large table with chairs. From here, you can access the balcony with panoramic lake views.
The separate kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and all necessary cookware and dishes. Also on the ground floor are a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
The upper floor houses two bedrooms, a separate shower room, and a balcony with lake views.
The fenced outdoor area with a small garden where children or a dog can play, as well as the relaxation area with a small pool, provide ample space for relaxation.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
