This holiday home for 10 persons has four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a television. In addition there is garden furniture, a swimming pool, a balcony, a terrace, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer and a Internet connection.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, a coffee maker, a waterboiler, an oven, a microwave, a stovetop (induction) and a dishwasher.

Linen

In the holiday home you will find bathroom textiles and bed linnen.

The chalet is nestled on the hillside in the peaceful village of Plesio, situated above the charming town of Nobiallo. Menaggio is only a 10-minute drive away. From Menaggio's port, guests can catch a ferry (11 minutes) to Varenna or continue on to Bellagio. Milan's international Linate airport is approximately a 1 hour 45-minute drive, while Milan Malpensa airport is about 1 hour and 30 minutes away.

The chalet is built of stone and wood, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Inside, the charming interiors feature wooden floors and exposed beam ceilings. The cosy living room has three comfortable sofas and a large decorative fireplace. French doors lead out onto a picturesque stone loggia. The elegant dining room is furnished with a spacious table that seats ten, while the separate fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer and drip coffee maker. In addition, a large dining table provides a casual space for relaxed meals. The garden offers stunning views over Lake Como to the mountains on the eastern shore. Guests can relax on the sun loungers by the private pool and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

Sleeping
The chalet has 4 unique and stylish bedrooms. Each is furnished with a double bed and 2 have en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a private sitting room and TV, as well as a beautiful balcony where guests can enjoy the stunning views over the lake.
Extra: The sofa in the sitting room converts into a double bed.

Bathrooms
There are 4 extremely spacious bathrooms equipped with a full bath, basin, bidet and WC. Two of the bathrooms also have separate showers.
There is a 5th bathroom on the ground floor with a shower, WC and basin.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
