Dolce Risveglio is a cosy and bright flat in the elegant Residence 'Borgo dei Glicini' in Località Plassi, Parzanica. The apartment, situated in a beautiful lake-view location, is located on the ground floor. It consists of a living area with a comfortable double sofa bed and a kitchenette. A comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bidet complete the flat. Dolce Risveglio's strong points are undoubtedly the exclusive 24 square metre garden, equipped for outdoor dining, and access to the shared solarium and swimming pool areas. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort; free wi-fi, a private parking space inside the Residence (identified with no. 4) and free parking on site. The Residence, located 2.3 km from the town centre and at an altitude of about 700 metres, offers a breathtaking view of Lake Iseo and Monte Isola. It represents a corner of paradise immersed in a marvellous natural landscape, ideal for those who enjoy walking, trekking, water sports and appreciating the good cuisine of the restaurants and agritourisms in the area.
Parzanica is a small town in the province of Bergamo: a natural terrace on the western shore of Lake Iseo and on Monte Isola, about 47 km east of Bergamo. It has preserved its rural soul and gathers around the parish church of San Colombano, the patron saint of the village, built towards the end of the 18th century, which houses valuable frescoes, vestments and religious furnishings. In a higher position is the Church of the Holy Trinity, built in Romanesque style. A 10-minute drive down the valley brings you to the village of Tavernola Bergamasca, a tourist port on the shores of Lake Iseo where it is possible to board the ferry that transports people across the lake all year round and visit the beautiful historic villages that line the shores of the lake and Monte Isola, Europe's largest lake island. Skirting the shores of the lake are a series of free beaches or paid lidos with restaurant services where you can spend a sunny day and take a regenerating dip in the lake. A characteristic place, reachable by car in about 20 minutes, is Riva di Solto, a small medieval village with ancient palaces, century-old gardens and religious buildings of considerable artistic and cultural interest. On foot you can reach the Orrido del Bogn di Zorzino, one of the most beautiful gorges in Italy, characterised by a natural inlet with overhanging rocks and crystal-clear water, renowned for its natural beauty in all seasons. Departing from Riva di Solto and proceeding in the direction of Lovere, along the old Lake Iseo road set into the rock, one comes to Castro, a charming historic village, typical of a place that in the past was based on fishing. Not to be missed is Lovere, 'The Village of Light', which can be reached by car along the lakeside road in thirty to forty minutes or by ferry. The historic buildings of the old village come to life with plays of light, artistic illuminations and art projections that turn into luminous canvases reflecting in the lake waters. A ferry trip to Monte Isola is a must. Here you can explore quaint villages, hike and enjoy delicious local dishes, and visit the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Ceriola, located at the top of Monte Isola, which offers an unforgettable view of the lake and its surroundings.
