Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (oven, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Wood heating, boiler (30 litres). Heating available only from 15.10. to 30.04, Heating not available in all rooms. Natural stone floors. Balcony. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Please note: suitable for families. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Sports harbour 2 km, marina 1.5 km, surf school 7 km, sailing school 7 km, minigolf 15 km. Nearby attractions: Chiesa di sant'Eufemia, Museo della seta - Musso, Museo della Barca - Pianello, Museo della guerra - Dongo, Villa Balbianello-Lenno, Menaggio. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Musso-Cremia Mezza Costa, Greenway Como Lake, Pigra. Please note: car recommended.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
