This charming ground-floor apartment is located in a recently renovated 1950s villa in a quiet, secluded area.

The villa has a small garden and offers beautiful views of Lake Como. The beach is just a two-minute walk away. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower is also provided, as well as an open-plan living area with a fireplace and a kitchen with a dining area. Satellite TV is available. Ideal for four people.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
