General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a set of garden furniture and a bar. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot (for rent).

On the southwestern shore of Lake Garda, about 1,000 meters from the beach. On a 2 hectare area, which is characterized by spacious green areas, shady olive trees and palm trees, you can fully enjoy the mild climate even outside the high season. Activities nearby: The old town center of the village of Moniga is nestled on a hill with a castle perched on top. The newer part of the village, surrounded by beautiful olive trees, extends down to the lake with its picturesque harbor and long pebble beaches. Moniga is also the center of Chiaretto production. An approximately ten kilometer long panoramic road leads from Moniga through the Chiaretto growing area to SalÒ. If you dare to cycle up a few hills, you will find great cycling opportunities around Moniga past vineyards, olive groves, fields and meadows.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only dogs up to shoulder height 50 cm allowed. The apartments in the basement have smaller and higher windows. The deposit must be paid by credit card

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
