Spacious 1 bedroom apartment on 2 levels for 4 people, with 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, a few steps from Politecnico and Milano Bovisa station. This modern apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor (with lift) of a recently built building and consists of a living room with open kitchen, bathroom and balcony on the first floor; double bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom and terrace on the upper floor. High-speed Wifi, gym, garage (optional), dishwasher and washing machine are available to guests. At the entrance there is a hallway with a two-door wardrobe and the first bathroom, with shower box and washing machine. The living room is very bright thanks to the French window that opens onto the balcony, which extends along the entire length of the apartment. Here there is a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining table that comfortably seats 4 people. The open kitchen is equipped with all comforts: induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all kitchen utensils. A modern open staircase leads to the second floor, with sloping but high ceilings. Here is the bedroom with a double bed, 4-door wardrobe and desk for working comfortably from home: the room has a window on the roof and a French door onto the second terrace. Also on the upper floor there is a room with another wardrobe with 2 doors, another room for storing suitcases and the second bathroom, with a window and equipped with a second shower box. On the ground floor of the building, where we offer other apartments for rent of different types, there is a gym available to guests and a garage with parking space on request (upon availability). The apartment is located in the heart of the Bovisa district, home to the Politecnico di Milano and therefore a lively district full of bars, restaurants, clubs. Bovisa is also a historical district, with its own city center and period buildings, and it is well connected to Milan city center and the main stations. From Bovisa station (a few minutes' walk away) there are frequent connections to Centrale, Porta Garibaldi and Cadorna stations, as well as all the stops on the urban railway link (Passante ferroviario), that connects the city center in a few minutes. From Bovisa there are also direct train connections to Milan Malpensa airport. The yellow underground (direct connection to Duomo), station of Dergano, is about a 15-minute walk.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
