The holiday flat is located on the first floor of a new building and has approximately 90 square metres of living space. It is furnished with modern, high-quality furniture and has six beds. Two of these are in the spacious and bright bedroom, which is equipped with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm). In the living room there is a sofa bed for two (160 x 190 cm) and above it there is an open roof gallery with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). This is an ideal refuge for children, as it overlooks the entire living area. The kitchen, dining room for six and living room are located in the same room. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare meals: oven, gas cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and coffee machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The flat is also equipped with heating, two fans, a hairdryer, an iron with an ironing board and a hoover. Wi-Fi is free of charge.

After about 500 metres you will reach a small supermarket. The property is just one kilometre from the Menaggio Golf Club.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
