This stylish apartment occupies the top two floors of a newly renovated building in Piazza Garibaldi, accessible via either stone steps or a lift. The nearest major airport, Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP), is about 85 km (53 miles) away, and the closest train station is located in Varenna, just a 15-minute ferry ride from Menaggio.

The first floor features a spacious and modern L-shaped open-plan living area. The stylish living space, located at the front of the property, offers comfortable seating, satellite TV with a DVD player, a CD player, and two beautifully ornate balconies with direct views of the lively Piazza and the stunning Lake Como. The contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen has all the essential appliances for a self-catering stay. The dining area, located at the rear of the property, comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is part of the spacious kitchen and dining space.

Wooden stairs lead to the upper penthouse floor, where you’ll find a master bedroom suite with a charming beamed ceiling, a walk-in wardrobe, and a sunny roof terrace offering direct views of the Piazza, the surrounding mountains, and Lake Como.

A third double bedroom with a wardrobe and beamed ceiling is also located on this floor, along with a second newly fitted bathroom.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
