In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 800 m, restaurant, bar, café 500 m, bus stop 400 m. Chair lift 350 m, ski rental 300 m, ski school, children's ski school 700 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como 45 km. Hiking paths: Andossi - Giardino Alpino Valcava, Lago d'Emet - Pizzo Spadolazzo, Sentiero del Cardinello, Val Febbraro.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
