Private: large garden (not fenced) with trees, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Pre-arrival grocery service. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 1 km. Chair lift 1.2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como 45 km. Hiking paths: Andossi - Giardino Alpino Valcava, Lago d'Emet - Pizzo Spadolazzo, Sentiero del Cardinello, Val Febbraro. Please note: car recommended. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
