The residence offers lift access and uncovered private parking. Upon request, a private garage can be used for an additional fee. Subject to availability, the apartment can be rented alongside other apartments in the same residence (ID 3193, 3194 & 3195).

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
