Because the residence is situated slightly above the lake, many accommodations offer stunning views of Lake Garda. Due to this elevated position, a car or some inclines may be necessary. The apartments are spread across four residential buildings. The residence is located approximately 950 meters from the lakeshore and about a 5-minute drive from the center of Limone sul Garda.

This bright and comfortably furnished two-room apartment accommodates up to four guests and features a simple yet inviting interior. The apartment comprises a bedroom and a bright living room, furnished with a double sofa bed or bunk beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. The living area also includes a TV and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, ideal for preparing light meals.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (limited bandwidth), a safe, air conditioning, and heating. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Each apartment also has a private balcony or terrace, providing a pleasant outdoor space for relaxing.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
