The flat has two private terraces: one on the ground floor, perfect for breakfast in the open air, and one on the first floor, ideal for an aperitif overlooking the lake. The second terrace is also accessible by a convenient external staircase, perfect for living spaces with freedom.
Inside, Casa Luccio welcomes guests with a large living area, equipped with a fireplace, comfortable sofas, smart TV and a large dining table where guests can share pleasant dinners in company.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
