The house enjoys maximum sunshine year-round, and even in the hottest months, it's somewhat cooler than directly on the lake, and above all, considerably quieter.
The garden is fully fenced and features two seating areas (under the pergola or the olive tree), three bedrooms (one en-suite), two additional bathrooms, and two living rooms. The upstairs living room can also be used as an additional bedroom.
