Surrounded by vineyards and located in a quiet area, our new flat is ready to welcome you; surrounded by greenery, we are 15 minutes from the blue of Lake Garda, from the historic Vittoriale degli Italiani, 20 minutes from the enchanting city of Brescia, with its imposing Piazza Loggia, the Santa Giulia Museum and the castle, 45 minutes from romantic Verona with the Arena and the museum of Romeo and Juliet. During the grape harvest period, you can also experience the grape harvest!

The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy the view, relax and breathe in the beauty of the surrounding nature.

Inside you will find a gas cooker, fridge and freezer, kettle, the bedroom consists of a double bed and a bunk bed, with sheets and pillows, the bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, towels and hairdryer, free wi fii, pellet stove and fan.

We are 45 km from the amusement park Gardaland and Verona , Milan can be reached in about 2 hours , and of course you can visit Lake Garda , and hike in the paths that surround the area.

A cot for small children can be provided on request.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
