This room is furnished with a sofa, a double sofa bed, a large wardrobe, a dining table, and a Smart flatscreen TV. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
