Located on a hillside between the charming lakeside hamlets of Bornico and Supiane, in the hills above Gardone Riviera, this peaceful retreat for four provides the perfect base for exploring the western shores of Lake Garda. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-story building and benefits from access to a shared garden. Is ideally located just a short distance from both Bornico (a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk) and Supiane (a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk). The nearest international airports are Verona Villafranca Airport (VRN) and Milan Bergamo Airport (BGY), both about an hour's drive from the property.

Bornico is famous for its olive oil production and the Frantoio del Bornico (10 minutes walk), a 19th century olive press powered by a mountain stream, continues to produce high quality oil from local groves.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
