Set on the ground floor of a two-story building, the apartment enjoys a tranquil setting above Gardone Riviera, one of the lake’s most elegant and refined towns. For travel convenience, Verona Villafranca Airport (VRN) and Milan Bergamo Airport (BGY) are the nearest international airports, both located around an hour’s drive from the accommodation.

Bornico is best known for its olive oil production. Guests can visit the historic Frantoio del Bornico, a 19th century olive press still powered by a mountain stream, just a 10-minute walk from the house.

Nearby attractions include the Vittoriale degli Italiani, the famous hillside estate and gardens once home to the poet Gabriele D'Annunzio (a 5-minute drive), and for nature lovers, scenic hiking trails at Punto Panoramico (a 1-minute walk). Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
