This exclusive, very private villa is just a 5-minute walk from Lake Garda, the town center, restaurants, shops, the lakeside promenade, the Vittoriale, and the ferry terminal, and is situated within the walls of the Botanical Garden.
The villa accommodates 8 guests and features 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area, a laundry room, and a large veranda. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in three bedrooms and the living area, satellite TV, Netflix, a fireplace, a safe, and a hairdryer.
The approximately 800 m² garden includes a new private swimming pool (14 x 3.5 m) with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue, and a ping-pong table. Parking is available for two to three cars on the property.
The price includes professional cleaning, bed linens, towels/pool towels, and personal check-in and assistance in German, English, French, or Italian. For an additional fee, a chef, beauty treatments, a driver, excursions, airport transfers, and babysitting are available.

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
