The phenomenal view of the lake from the large furnished terrace and from the double room regenerates you and reconciles you with yourself, making you feel in perfect symbiosis with nature and sensitive to the times of stillness and silence.

Suspended between water and sky, surrounded by greenery and allowing your gaze to reach the mountains of the Valle Sabbia, the 65 square metre, two-storey apartment in a small villa is distinguished by the amount of light radiating into each room: both the living room and the bedrooms enjoy spectacular full-wall windows overlooking the lake. The coexistence of kitchen, table and relaxation area with sofa with peninsula and flat-screen TV in the same room broadens the perception of interior space. The furnishings are characteristic, with the wood of the stairs and exposed beams forming a backdrop to the blue of the sofa, carpet and chairs and the red of the kitchen with microwave, induction hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, moka coffee maker and kettle. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor, and unlimited Wi-Fi is available. Parking is public and just outside the house.

Fonteno is a small town that stands as a natural terrace overlooking Lake Iseo and the incredible Montisola, a prestigious tourist destination and the largest lake island in central and southern Europe. Strategically located less than an hour's drive from Milan, Bergamo and their respective international airports, Lake Iseo is the ideal destination for discovering the ancient fishing villages of Montisola, immersing oneself in nature, enjoying the walks of Tavernola and Lovere, enchanting lakeside villages, visiting the Franciacorta wine cellars and delighting the palate in the numerous restaurants offering local specialities.
Within some thirty kilometres, there are numerous opportunities for relaxation and entertainment: Colere and Montecampione are the references for skiing and hiking, Presolana for trekking and high-altitude excursions, Boario for spas, Valcamonica is the capital of archaeological tourism with its 300,000 rock engravings and theme park.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
