The holiday home for 8 persons has six bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with eight single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions. In addition there is a garden, a swimming pool and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with six showers and six hairdryers.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, two freezers, a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and two fridges.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two ovens, two dishwashers, two coffee makers and two microwaves.

Beautiful attic with breathtaking lake view, located in the Residenza Miralago with shared infinity pool and garden, a few steps from the center of Desenzano del Garda and with direct access to the promenade and the public beach.

The elegant attic, located on the third and top floor, opens onto a living area furnished with a large double sofa bed, TV, dining table and an open and well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. In the sleeping area there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and the others with two single beds, all equipped with a spacious wardrobe and private bathroom. A fourth bathroom completes the apartment.

The jewel is the outdoor area: a sliding door in the living area opens onto a beautiful and large panoramic terrace overlooking the lake, which offers shade during the day and is equipped with deck chairs and a seating area where you can fully enjoy the colors of Lake Garda. Guests have at their disposal amenities such as a private garage, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and a washing machine in the basement of the building.

*Residenza Miralago offers its guests a beautiful infinity pool with sun terrace (open from 01/04 to 31/10), a garden, direct access to the promenade and the public beach and a pier for mooring boats.

For a flat rate, guests have access to an electric vehicle charging station with a maximum power of 22Kw/h and a Modo 2 charging plug. Contact us for more information!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
