This elegant residence is situated in a quiet but central location just 12 minutes walk from the shores of Lake Como. The apartment is on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible, making it suitable for guests of all ages. Guests will find the Como City Ferry Terminal a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive from here.  The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, which is approximately a 40-minute drive away.

The open plan living room features a large and comfortable sofa area with Smart TV, coffee table and dining set, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen. It is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and other appliances. The apartment is on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible, making it suitable for guests of all ages. It is also perfect for a romantic holiday on Lake Como! Full laundry and ironing facilities are available for guests wishing to stay longer.

Como is a picturesque city that perfectly blends natural beauty, historic charm and modern sophistication. Guests will find the Como City Ferry Terminal a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive from here, as well as lakeside walks with stunning views of Lake Como and sculptures and monuments dotted along the way within a 15-minute walk.

In Como you can also explore beautiful squares with Romanesque or Gothic churches, visit the city's ancient buildings (such as Villa Olmo or the Volta Museum), see the city from the air from breathtaking vantage points, shop for the best local produce and much more! You can also reach all the towns on the lake by public boat, from the most remote (such as Cernobbio, 15 minutes by boat) to the most famous jewels in the centre of the lake (Bellagio and Varenna, 1.5 - 2 hours).

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
