Our holiday apartment Casa Toselli Piccola, newly renovated inside in 2018/2019, is located in Brezzo di Bedero (5 km south of Luino) with stunning views of Lake Maggiore.
The apartment accommodates two people. It is located on the ground floor and has direct access to a garden patio with a barbecue.
The living room and bedroom face the lake. Enjoy your first view in the morning of the phenomenal lake view stretching all the way to Intra.
You enter the Casa Toselli Piccola apartment through a small entrance hall. The living room with integrated kitchen offers ample space to enjoy a meal and relax. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic glass cooktop (four burners), dishwasher, coffee machine, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower (rain shower), toilet, and sink. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180/200 cm), wardrobe, ceiling fan, and mirror.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
