The holiday home for 12 persons has five bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with a single trundle, a double sofa bed, three single beds, two double beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions. In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, an atmospheric fireplace, a table tennis table, a bicycle parking, a patio and a garden and there are four air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, a shower, a bath, a bidet, a hairdryer and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), two fridge-freezers, a washing machine and a garage.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two ovens, a coffee maker (espresso machine), a microwave and two dishwashers.

Mountain mornings near Lake Iseo tend to begin quietly, with mist hanging above the valleys before the cycling trails, lake roads, and terrace lunches slowly pull the day outdoors. This spacious villa near Artogne sleeps up to 12 guests across six bedrooms and combines alpine scenery with the slower Mediterranean rhythm that shapes summers around the lakes of northern Italy.

Most afternoons drift naturally between the private swimming pool, shaded terrace, and long lunches overlooking the mountains while evenings settle around the barbecue once the air cools down again. The house feels lively without becoming crowded, especially with large communal spaces, games rooms, and multiple terraces allowing everyone to spread out comfortably throughout the stay.

Lake Iseo and Pisogne can be reached within roughly 20 minutes for lakeside promenades, paddleboarding, and beach afternoons along the water. Montecampione lies around 30 minutes away and becomes one of the region’s most popular skiing and mountain biking areas depending on the season, while the prehistoric rock carvings inside Luine Archaeological Park can be reached within approximately 22 minutes in the Camonica Valley. Guests looking for quieter scenery should also visit Lake Moro roughly 26 minutes away for woodland walks and swimming, while the panoramic lakeside road toward Lovere passes through some of the most dramatic viewpoints around Lake Iseo.

Please note that the private swimming pool is open from May through September.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
