he bright open-plan living room offers stunning lake views, a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a convenient stay. The private sunny balcony provides a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful lake views. For additional guests, a double sofa bed in the living room offers extra sleeping arrangements, allowing the property to comfortably accommodate up to six to eight guests.

On the first floor, you'll find the spacious and bright master double bedroom, along with a newly fitted, contemporary bathroom that is both practical and stylish. The bathroom also includes a washing machine for added convenience.

A spiral staircase from the living room leads to an open-plan second bedroom area with a double bed, located on the galleried landing. To reach the third bedroom, which has twin single beds, guests will need to walk through the open second bedroom area. A second modern bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor.

This upper level is enhanced by lovely chalet-style, high sloping honey-colored beamed ceilings, which allow plenty of natural light to flood the space through Velux windows.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
