Above Zoagli, in the district of Semorile 8 km from the centre of Rapallo, 9 km from the centre of Chiavari, in a quiet, elevated position on a slope, 3.6 km from the sea. For shared use: terraced garden with lawn and trees. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to 150 m from the house. 150 m steep footpath (90 steps) to the house. Public parking 150 m on the road. Supermarket 8 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bar 3.5 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Zoagli" 3.5 km, pebble beach 3.8 km (small). Golf course (18 hole) 11 km. Hiking paths: Zoagli-Villa Oneto-Monte Anchetta 100 m. Please note: car recommended. Not suitable for small children. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Rapallo, 8 km. Please note: from the Semorile hamlet, the house can only be reached via a path and a flight of approximately 90 steps, or via another flight of 140 steps.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
