Set in the heart of Vernazza, right beside a picturesque stream, this apartment is accessed via a private footbridge. Nestled on a hillside, it offers a peaceful private courtyard where guests can unwind and soak in the tranquil surroundings. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach and harbour, it’s an ideal base for friends and family eager to explore one of Italy’s most beautiful regions.  Pisa International Airport is approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes away by car, while Genova International Airport can be reached in around 1 hour and 45 minutes.

The apartment features a bright and sunny living room furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair, seamlessly connected to a spacious dining room. The dining area includes a charming antique table with chairs and a bench, complemented by an elegant display cabinet. A separate, modern kitchen offers all the essentials, including a cooker hob, oven, coffee machine, and fridge/freezer, making it ideal for preparing home-cooked meals.

Bedroom: The airy master bedroom has a double bed, an armchair and an antique chest of drawers for storage.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

Bathroom
The brightly tiled bathroom has a glass shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Visitors can explore spectacular hiking trails along the Sentiero Azzurro, which links the villages of the Cinque Terre. The area is also well-connected by a regular coastal ferry service and a convenient train line between the towns. Vernazza railway station is just a 1-minute walk from the apartment.

For a more leisurely day, the town’s sandy beach is only a 5-minute walk away. Most of Vernazza’s bars and restaurants are clustered along the seafront, all within a 5-minute stroll.

For self-catering, the weekly farmers’ market (held on Tuesday mornings) is the perfect place to pick up fresh local produce. For everyday essentials, a supermarket is just 1 minute away, along with smaller specialty shops offering fresh fish, local wines, and charcuterie.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
