Located on the dramatic Ligurian coastline in Vernazza, this charming apartment is accessed via a private footbridge over a stream.Vernazza is located in the Liguria region of northwestern Italy, nestled between the villages of Monterosso al Mare and Corniglia.  The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests. It’s an ideal home base for friends or families looking to discover the beautiful beaches and scenic hiking trails of the Cinque Terre region. The area is well-connected with a regular ferry service along the coast and a train line linking the villages. Pisa International Airport is approximately one hour and 35 minutes away by car, while Genoa International Airport is around one hour and 45 minutes away.

Located on the first floor of a charming house, this apartment features an open-plan living area complete with a sofa, dining table, and a well-equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette includes an induction hob, coffee machine, and a fridge/freezer.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom has twin, joinable beds, a chest of drawers, a café-style table and chairs and French windows out onto a private balcony overlooking the stream.
Bedroom 2: This charming bedroom has 2 single beds (joinable) with an antique chest of drawers and a table, in case guests need to set up a laptop.

Bathroom
The brightly tiled bathroom has a glass shower, basin and WC.

Guests can explore stunning hiking trails along the Sentiero Azzurro, which links the villages of the Cinque Terre. A regular ferry service runs along the coast, and a train connects the towns as well. Vernazza railway station is just a one-minute walk from the apartment.

For a more leisurely option, the town’s sandy beach is only a five-minute walk away. Most of the local bars and restaurants are located near the seafront, all within a five-minute stroll.

For those who prefer self-catering, the weekly farmers market on Tuesday mornings offers the freshest local produce. For everyday essentials, there’s a supermarket just one minute away, along with smaller specialty shops selling fish, wine, and charcuterie.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
