This unique studio apartment in the heart of Vernazza is built into the hillside, with the dramatic rock face forming an integral part of its décor. Located on the first floor, the studio is just steps from the harbour and within easy reach of Vernazza’s many restaurants and bars. Pisa International Airport is approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes away, while Genoa International Airport can be reached in about 1 hour and 45 minutes by car.

Set within a traditional building nestled along a winding lane in the heart of the town, this open-plan apartment blends antique charm with modern comforts. The inviting seating area features a corner sofa and a flat-screen TV, while the adjacent dining space offers a table with bench seating. A regular ferry service also operates from Porto di Vernazza (just a 3-minute walk away), and the towns are connected by train, with Vernazza railway station only 2 minutes from the apartment.

For a more leisurely option, the town’s beach is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. It’s one of the few sandy beaches in Cinque Terre and is perfect for snorkelling, paddle-boarding, and kayaking to discover nearby coves.

Vernazza’s weekly farmers’ market takes place on Tuesday mornings, offering the finest local produce. For everyday essentials, there’s a supermarket just 1 minute away, along with smaller specialty shops selling fish, wine, and charcuterie.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
