The airy master bedroom has French windows which open onto the terrace and garden. It is furnished with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.

The tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the heart of charming Bordighera, a town that has attracted holidaymakers for more than a century. Known for its elegant architecture, beautiful seaside promenade, picturesque medieval centre, and mild climate, it remains a favourite destination. Every Thursday morning, the bustling market on Lungomare Argentina offers the freshest local produce and regional delights.

Only 10 minutes away lies the larger town of Ventimiglia, where visitors can wander through the medieval Old Town or sample delicious food in its many restaurants and cafés. Ventimiglia is also renowned for its lively Friday market, where everything from clothing to household goods can be found.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
